Desitination Chattanooga, Tennesee

We went on our first family vacation! (Minus trip back home and to Jen's) We started at 5 am Friday packed the car the night before and hope to get a couple miles in before Dymitrik woke. Well never plan with a little one caue he was up and ready to go. Thankfully mommy had breakfast to go too! We made it all the way to Lake City, Fl for our first stop. Got out stretched and kept going to Tifton where we stopped briefly to play in a park and eat some lunch. First day's destination Macon, Georgia. We found a great place for dinner and got to walk downtown. It was a pretty neat town. Next Stop Atlanta Zoo to meet up with some friends.....

You know Lions Tigers and Bears!! Oh my...

 Or I mean Gorillas!

We got to ride a Merrry-go-round

And feed goats!

Then to Dymitrik's girlfriends house. Olivia and Dymitrik had their first boy girl sleepover. We had a wonderful time visiting withMelissa and Brenden.

Then we were off to Tennesee! Dymitrik fell asleep so we got to act like it was just us two for an hour or two!

Jeff wants to dive and see sharks!!!

Then someone woke up and wanted to touch the fishies!!!!

And play with Penguins

We stopped at this great little place called the Big River Bend grille and Brewery and has some amazing sausage macaroni and cheese!!!!!! And a couple beers to warm us up. It had been rainging and once it stopped we decided to get a coffe and tour the town on foot. To end up at the famous Chattanooga Choo Choo.

Next stop Chattanooga CHOO CHOO!

All aboard!

Choo Choo!

The next day we got up had some breakfast and headed to Ruby Falls. It was a long underground tunnel to the center of the mountain where the was this beautiful water falls. Dymitrik hung out in the Ergo carrier and did pretty good except when we stopped. He says GO!

We tried to see everything so we went to Lookout Point, GA and hiked around a bit and enjoyed the cooler weather.

On our last day we hiked around Rock City. I was so glad we went it was absolutely beautiful. We were the first ones there which made it even more peaceful. It was an area of rocks that this couple shaped into a garden.

The fall colors I don't see if Florida! LOVE!

Jeff and D on the suspension bridge...

The Turner Family

Rock City

Bear hunting...(inside joke)

Last stop on our drive home Jeff's favorite and I think Dymitrik's too! Atlanta Aquarium!

It was like Disney for fish!

Sting Rays, Dolphins Sharks love them all.

Our drive home was a lottle tough coming back to the heat so we figured it was a good time to get out and enjoy some fresh air with our little football player.

The trip was a success!
